Save the date: Free Park Day.
Mark your calendars for Saturday April 25th, 2026 for free admission to any Minnesota state park or recreation area. Vehicle entry fees are waived all day so anyone can access the outdoors, regardless of financial background. Take advantage of the fee-free day to get some fresh air and enjoy the beauty of this time of year.
Free Park Days are offered four times each year, one in each season. If you miss out on Jan. 19, you can still enjoy other Free Park Days later in the year:
